Janhvi reflected on how she and Shikhar had maintained their bond while navigating separate breakups with other people. “We managed with each other even through our own separate breakups with other people. We are good at managing,” she said.
Shikhar Pahariya stayed close after Sridevi’s death
Janhvi Kapoor also recalled the support she received from Shikhar after her mother, Sridevi’s demise. According to Janhvi, Shikhar returned from London to Mumbai so he could stay nearby during that difficult period. He initially stayed with his father in South Mumbai before moving to a friend’s home in Juhu for about a month. Janhvi said, “Not that I was seeing him every day, but later on I just found out that he was like, ‘No, in case she needs me, I just want to be around. ’”
